I create hand-illustrated patterns inspired by nature, designed for fabrics, wallpaper, and more. My goal as a designer is to transform boring, bland rooms into vibrant, energized spaces that inspire the soul and lift your mood. It allows me to share my love of art, nature, and color in a way that people can touch, use, and enjoy! My collections are available as high quality wallcoverings and textiles for your home and office through my US-based printing partner. My designs are also available for licensing to be used on anything you can imagine!

I’m Jody Pittner, Owner and Chief Creative of Silver Like the Moon, and I love creating patterns and products that feel as good as they look. I want someone to hold one of my creations or walk into a space with my wallpaper and feel something. With my background as an artist and art therapist, I have a deep understanding about the psychology of color and relationship we humans have to our environments. Whether I’m designing a surface pattern collection for a beautiful custom wallpaper, an art piece, or one of my curated mood boards, I pour all of my creativity and energy into my work.

Our environments affect us, sometimes more than we even know. I believe our homes and work spaces can be a source of comfort and retreat from the world or they can cause us more stress and frustration. You just feel it when you walk into a space. It’s got a vibe and it tells a story.
